Please download the sources from the this url and extract them into the .\extern\wcu\dotNetFramework.

This script will deploy a prepared visual studio 2008 installation. There are some installation parameters for the licencing stuff.

Please copy your Visual Studio 2008 DVD into the .\extern$ directory. After that you can remove the dotNetFramework folder from the wcu subdirectory. Ensure that windows installer 3.1 will be installed and the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1.
